Organization
The Giovanni Paolo II Circles are defined as an association of people with common interests and ideals who come together to collaborate in the ecclesial mission of evangelization. It was established by a group of members and friends of Regnum Christi to fulfil its mission through integral formation and the development of positive action leadership among individuals. The Cultural Circles are governed by the will of its members according to what is outlined in this cultural project, which guides development by inspiring formative and organizational decision-making.
Scientific Committee
It is composed of prominent figures from the cultural and social scene, including those from the academic, educational, institutional, and business sectors. Its role is to ensure quality standards in defining the cultural guidelines of the project.
Operational Committee
It is composed of individuals who come together to work collaboratively, find practical and concrete solutions to organizational issues, and develop opportunities within a project. It is made up of members who are essential for achieving the specific objectives outlined in the project. Members may come from various operational and scientific sectors.
Secretariat
The secretary provides general assistance to the work of the Scientific Committee and the Operational Committee; organizes, plans, and manages their agendas. The main tasks include calling and recording meeting minutes, filing documents, responding to emails and physical mail, managing the database, sending newsletters and various communications, organizing appointments, and sending invitations to organized events.
Treasury
The treasury is responsible for preparing the annual budget, requesting funds from foundations, planning purchases, and managing relationships with suppliers, as well as handling payments for the regular operations of the Cultural Circles. It also manages the relationship with the Mission Network Association and oversees the bank account in the name of the Cultural Circles.

Communication
The Communication Manager is responsible for managing the image of the Cultural Circles, as well as researching, drafting, and organizing content for newspapers, publishers, and advertising agencies. Additionally, they manage the Cultural Circles' website and their social media accounts. Overall, they ensure the presence of the Cultural Circles in the community by providing effective communication about their activities and participation in various local cultural events.
Institutional Relations
Institutional relations involve activities related to representing and liaising on behalf of the Giovanni Paolo II Cultural Circles with public entities—such as political bodies, public administrations, both national and international—or ecclesiastical entities, including dioceses, diocesan and parish services, and other services—or private entities, such as foundations, companies, or associations. These relationships are established between organizations or institutions, whether public or private, with the goal of achieving a common project through short, medium, and long-term collaboration.
Friends Association
The friends of the Giovanni Paolo II Cultural Circles are selected by the Operational Committee and officially invited based on their emotional involvement and actual participation in the organized activities. The establishment of this group involves a deepening and reflection on best practices and management strategies to develop a connection with the Circoli in terms of cooperation, solidarity, and sustainability.
Group of Collaborators
This is a tool aimed at ensuring the sustainability of the Giovanni Paolo II Cultural Circles, both functionally and organizationally, as well as economically and financially. Membership in this group of friends implies commitment to the Giovanni Paolo II Cultural Circles’ project, including its mission, vision, and values. Collaborators offer their talents according to the Giovanni Paolo II Cultural Circles’ needs and are available to assist in organizing various cultural activities.
